OHL is a large public construction multinational ($5bn global revenues) with offices in North America in Miami, New York, Texas, California, Montreal and Toronto.

CEO USA and Canada (Area Director)                                         
After successfully closing the acquisition of two companies in Florida, Mr. Bravar oversaw a business in excess of $800 million per year and managed a staff of approximately 1,000 employees.


  • Chief Executive Officer and Board Member of OHL USA and OHL Construction Canada, President of The Tower Group (now OHL Building), member of the Board of Directors of Community Asphalt and of Arellano Construction, participated in Board meetings of Judlau (NY)
  • The most important achievement was the expansion of the business of OHL across USA and Canada, encompassing all types of construction projects. The overall volume of the subsidiaries of OHL in the US doubled while OHL obtained important projects like the CHUM hospital concession ($2 Billion) in Montreal and the Water Syphon Tunnel in New York ($200 Million)

After the significant growth of the volume of the business of OHL in North America, the company decided to split the territory in two and Mr. Bravar remained responsible over the southern region of the US.

  • The most important achievement was to organically open new offices in Texas. After two years, that office had a backlog of $250 million and more than a hundred employees

During this time period, OHL had an internal reorganization leading to the separation of the activities of business development and operations.

More than 25 years of construction experience having successfully completed numerous projects throughout Europe and the United States. Expertise working for a large construction company (OHL) in several positions: Estimating Department, Project Manager, COO, General Manager. Developed a Utility Division and managed bids for underground utility projects in Broward County, Water and Sewer Department of Miami Dade County, City of Miami and various Municipalities of South Florida. At the same time, Mr Guiotto worked with INSO (affiliate of Condotte) for the DB $60M project proposal “Hospital Regional de San Francisco de Macorís” – Dominican Republic Government; and he managed the bid effort for the ‘A-C10 Culvert Replacement’, a $70M project located at Lake Okeechobee for the US Army Corps of Engineers.

Acted as Area Manager in finding and obtaining new projects for the company’s growth. In charge of overall operations in Dominican Republic and Haiti, Mr Guiotto managed bid teams as prime contractor as well in partnership with local and international firms.
